Loneliness is different from aloneness

Hi guys I’m going to have a review on my choosen article about my blog so come on and let us know how it is.

The article titled Craving Post-Holiday Solitude by Carolyn Thomas got published on December 30,2019 (Www.heartsister.com). It was about aloneness of people are not that bad, and differ from loneliness. It was depend on how the situation takes place but there is no problem on it. It doesn’t tell us that you should be alone, but you must give some peace to your life. Family is one of your tresure but it doesn’t tell us that you should not be alone.

Dr. Ester Buchholz author of The call of Solitude describe that sulitude is a meaningful alone time. She also tell that ” maybe our heart would actually improve if we were more determined to carve out more precious me time during the average day“. Me time is the thing you do to make your life be happy without anyone with you. Example of it are exercise but the author said that she can’t do it anymore because of carrying an infant and disturb by her son make a dinner for the family. Laurie Erdman says ” the way we have handled being alone has changed dramatically“. “Yet all current meaninhs of alone imply a lack of something“. “Enjoying time to be alone can bring the ultimate in peaceful moment“. For many heart patients. It seems that even keeping up our end of a lively conversation can feel exhausting.

I chose this article because in my family as my passion sometimes I what to be alone and not to seen anyone just me myself and I . While listening to the music I really feel better but it doesn’t mean that I really don’t like the attention of anyone. It’s just that I really wanted to be alone and have some peace in my life.

My family actually doesn’t care about me so that I still wanted to win there attention for me to be positive in life because that’s what I want but everytime that I feel loneliness I just what to be alone and take a nap or look at the sky and imagine happy memories. I know to myself that I must not take this for so long cause I only hurt myself and maybe ruin my life.

Guys you know? maybe you already suffer from this situation but never give up cause loneliness is only be harmful if you push yourself to be alone forever. There is a big problem if you will take it in a long period of time.

This article is very useful beacuse, yes! it increases my understanding about this topic. I suffered from loneliness and the only cure of it was depends on me and that is aloneness.

I surely recommend this article to everyone because maybe they already suffering from now. So that they can have a good time or me time to there self and avoid suicide that can cause there family be sad at all. It also a good spot for those who really care for there life as a human being.
